Here is my next set of blocks for the quilt-along. I have 2 of each of these:

I think eventually these blocks will become throw child-size quilts for Anya & Alyssa, 1 for each. I figured out that I need 38 blocks for each quilt. So I am officially setting my goal at 80 (just in case, I want 4 extras) So..

Nest Quilt-Along

Here is the link to the Quilt-Along. The idea is to make 1 nine-patch block per day, starting a week ago, so I should be at 8 squared now. I am at 2.

I used this fabric, which is precut into 2.5" strips, which means I don't have to cut! It is very very soft! And although it will be awesome in a quilt, and easy to hand-piece, it is very hard to cut and mark up.
